Fun game, one problem

It happened two times for me...once someone called when I was playing and second time when my iPhone crashes when using safari. On restart I couldnt see icons in the game no matter how many times I restart.on uninstalling and installing I lost my data...
It took lots of tone to play all again.please fix this.
